Born and raised in Texas, I’ve lived and worked across the globe, building initiatives that drive impact. Currently I serve as the CEO of Meraki Management, a company that reimagines the future of women’s careers—bringing joy, soul and creativity into every part of how we work.

My background spans two decades across sectors, disciplines, and geographies—from humanitarian work in conflict zones to advising companies on scale strategy, brand evolution, business, and long-term impact. I’ve built programs that reached millions, secured nine-figure investments, and led high-stakes teams through complexity with clarity and care.

I don’t believe in the impossible. I believe in asking better questions, designing smarter systems, and expanding what people think can be done. My work blends strategic vision with operational rigor, rooted in creativity, curiosity, and the conviction that profit and impact can — and should — coexist.

At my core, I’m a designer: of systems, experiences, and futures. I believe beauty is a form of intelligence, that structure creates freedom, and that everyone is a creative. 

My approach includes an unwavering commitment to aesthetics and design, the importance of systems, an eye towards scale, and an understanding that we must analyze Impact and Business with the perspective that the future, is now.

All forms of my identity are constantly in flux. Change is the defining factor of the ‘who’ that we are. Which means I’m as much a CEO as I am a writer, or a painter. In this space, all are present.
